ZUHOWSKY, Mary Ryan Cpl. Mary Ryan Zuhowsky, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. L. Ryan, Heflin, wife of Howard Zuhowsky, graduate of Fryeburg Hi. Entered Wac 1944, trained at Gt. Oglethorpe, Ca. and Barksdale Field, La. Served in USA. Discharged 1945.
ZUHOWSKY, Howard S/Sgt Howard Zuhowsky, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Zuhowsky, New York, husband of Mary B. Ryan. Entered Army 1942, trained at Barksdale Field, La. Served in Africa, Italy and Germany. Awarded Combat Inf. Bar and Purple Heart. Wounded in Italy. German POW 2 months. Discharged in 1945.
