From the 104th Regiment.—Major Theophilus Kep-

hart, of the 104th, writes from the old Head Quarters at Ber-

muda Hundred under date of March 12, as follows :— We

are still in our old camp at this place, under the command

of Brig.-Gen. Graham, he having assumed command in the

absence of Gen. Ferrero.  We are performing the usual du-

ties of a soldier, such as picket and fatigue.  We were very

much taken by surprise on the night of the 1st of March, by

the arrival of a company of 91 enlisted men for the Regi-

ment and 3 commissioned officers.  The company is com-

manded by Captain Robert Johnson, formerly a Captain in

the 84th Pa. Vols., who is a very good officer ; and the same

can be said of his Lieutenants.  John H. Keatly, the 1st

Lieutenant is District Attorney of Blair county ; the 2d

Lieutenant is from the same county, and is a mechanic ; his

name is William Rodner.  The company is from Blair

county.  I have received a splendid new flag from the Gov-

ernor, for which the officers and men tender their most sin-

cere thanks.  I have also sent the old flag to Harrisburg, for

safe keeping.  Captain Scarborough and Quartermaster Leh-

man have gone home on a leave of absence for 20 days.

Commissary Sergeant Washington Cheston, Sergeant Dith-

mar, Corporals Getz, Co, H., and Kinsey, Co. A., Musician

Morgan, Co. A, Corporal Larue, Co. B, and Privates Holmes

and Yost of Co. C., have all gone home on furlough for 20

days.  The long looked for Paymaster came at last, and

paid off the Regiment to the 31st of December, 1864.  The

boys are all in good health and spirits, and are going to have

the Rebellion put down by the 4th of July next.

The following is a list of the money sent home by the dif-

ferent companies:
