It is stated that Gen. Henry M. Naglee, commanding

the brigade of which the 104th Regiment is a part, has re-

tired from his command until the unfair judgment pro-

nounced, against Casey’s Division is corrected.  The feel-

ing of indignation among all the officers is very strong,

they objecting to being made the scapegoats for the blun-

ders of others.  We shall doubtless have a satisfactory

settlement of the disputed question at an early day.
