The Ringgold Regiment.—We publish this week a

complete list of the men and officers enrolled in the Ring-

gold or Bucks County Regiment, No. 104, of Pennsylva-

nia Volunteers, together with their respective residences

before enlisting.  The ten infantry companies, together

with the staff and field officers and regimental band, include

nine hundred men.  Captain Harvey’s Company is the

only one filled up to the full complement of 101 men.  The

others range between eighty and one hundred, except Cap-

tain Walters’, which musters 70 men, and Captain Dun-

can’s, which musters 54.  Our young men appear unwil-

ling to enlist under officers to whom they are strangers,

and these two companies have made very little progress in

filling up their ranks.  The Artillery Company musters

135 men, but it is not yet fully organized.  A captain,

three lieutenants and two sergeants have been appointed

to drill the company.  They have had no guns or other

arms as yet, and probably will not until their arrival at

Washington.

The list we publish shows that the great bulk of the

eight companies recruited here are from different localities

in Bucks county.  They are mostly unmarried men, and

the ranks are filled with the best and bravest of our young

citizens.  All portions of the county have contributed

something  toward filling up the regiment.  We have pre-

pared a classification of the officers and men of the infan-

try companies, resulting as follows :
