Dear wife I received your fift

letter rote April the 8 and I was very glad

glad to hear you and the Children are

all well  I hope you may remain so  I am

still well  I thank God for it and I

feel very thankful to God that you

are well once more  I was ? ? and

parade  much every day for you that

god mite restore your helth agin 

all I Can due for you is to pray and

trust to God to take of you and I feel

shore he will watch over you and me

and bring me safe home to you  I think

it will be a happy day to me when I shall

get home to see you and the Children 

Once more I pray daily that God may

order the time soon  we must still

have good faith  all thing will Come

right  I am glad Martha is so kind to you

and does the work that Can take care

of your self  I thought they wood

all be kind to there mother when I
