Dear wife this Sunday

morning I sit down to let you

know I am still well and hope

this may find you and the Children

injoy the same good blessing  this

morning is pleasant  we had rain

hear this week  the wether is not

so hot for a few days  I note to you

the last time for a little money 

if you have not sent it yet dont

send it now  if it is sent its

all write  I will take good Care

of it  we got jade yesterday  we

did not look for it  we had been

promest so often I did not look

for it  we got hour bounty and

pay for part of our time  I sent

yesterday by express four hund

red and thirty dollars to the

express office at Hollidaysburg

to be lifted by Adam Fouse and

handed over to you
