Seneca was mustered out as a 1ST Sgt, however, He applied for recognition as a commissioned 2nd LT and received it on FEB 21, 1890. He was married to Magdalin Klipple from Plumsted Twp, Bucks County, Pa. They were married 55 years and had 14 children (8) still births.
