Cousin Han,
I always sleep in the morning until the flies plague me so that I get mad and then I get up. Those clothes came here last Saturday all right. Mrs. Parsons brought them.
I am getting well slowly. Yesterday the Dr. left the bandage off my face. The holes in the cheeks have cloned up but there are two horrible scars there, broad and deep.

                                                                                                   etc.
