Francisco Valverthe

He enlisted on September 23, 1861 at Ft. Brown Texas. Capt. Donelson was his enlisting officer. Francisco was 35 years old at the time. The Cavalry set a value of $ 50 on his horse and $ 20 on his equipment.

On the Muster Roll of Jan.1, 1862  it notes that he is being paid $ 39.20 by Capt. Settle for the use of his horse.

Muster Roll dated February 1862 - states that he is on detached service as an escort with Captain Donelson. His last record found is in April 1862 and he is noted as present.
