Texas under Capt. John Donelson. He was 44 years old at the time.
He brought with him his own horse and equipment which the Cavalry
valued at $ 50 for the horse and $ 15 on his equipment.
Muster Roll of January 1862 notes that he is due his pay from
enlistment and is paid
$ 34.80 for the use of his horse.
Muster Roll of April 1862 notes that he is still due his pay from
enlistment and he is present.
