John Moore

This John Moore is not to be confused with John M. Moore.  John Moore enlisted in Co. K, on September 23, 1861 at Ft. Brown which is in Brownsville, TX. He was enlisted by Capt. John Donelson. He enlisted for a period of 12 months. Upon enlistment the Cavalry valued his horse at $50.00 and his equipment at $20.00
