Josepus S. Winters

Josephus S. Winters - was the son of James Washington Winters Jr.  and Pearcy Ezandy Tullis. He was born on December 28, 1841 in Oakville Texas, Live Oak County.  Josephus was married to Louisa B. Tullos who was born in 1846 in Mississippi. They were married on  January 8, 1871 in Oakville Texas. They had the following children.  William, Stephen , Josephus, Margaret, James, Martha, Lola and Albert Winters.
