Muster Roll of Jan. 1, 1861 indicates that he was paid $ 24.40 for use of his
personal horse.
February thru April 1862 - Present
October 31, 1862 Muster Roll indicates that he has reenlisted at Helena on
June 26, 1862. His horse is valued at $ 150.00 and his equipment is at $ 25.00.
At that time, he is paid $ 24.40 for the use of his personal horse.
The Muster Roll of June 30, 1863 indicates that he has been paid $ 48.80 for the
use of his horse and that he is absent without leave.
Aug. 1863 - listed as absent- without leave.
February 1864 Muster Roll notes that he was " killed at camp on old
Caney on Jan. 1, 1864.
