Richard Tullis/Tullos       18  in Sept. 1861      Oakville, Tx.

On the Muster Roll dated Jan. 1, 1862 it is noted that he is still due his pay from the enlistment date. At that time he was paid $39.20 by Capt. Settle for the use of his horse. On the Muster Roll of Oct. 31, 1862 it notes that he reenlisted at Helena, again by Capt. Donelson. At this time he is also paid $ 24.40 for the use of his horse.

On the Muster Roll of June 26, 1863 it indicates that he has again reenlisted, this time for the duration of the war. In November of the same year he is listed as absent at Oakville, " On sick leave.

All records after November, 1863 indicated that he is now absent without leave. The last record is dated December 1864.

(Note: Since he is not listed as a deserter they probably know that he is still ill.)
