Sgt. W. S. Stevenson

He enlisted on March 22, 1861 at Galveston Texas  for the period of the war. He was enlisted by Lt. R. M.. Franklin. There are notes that indicate that he was transferred  from Co. G.

Sgt. Stevenson was reported killed in action on June 21, 1863.

(Note, while the records do not indicate where he was killed, he was most likely killed at LaFourch Crossing in Louisiana. It appears that more from Co. K died there than  from all the other actions of the Civil War that they were involved in.)
